Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory material.
• Medical, financial, or legal claims requiring regulated approvals.
• Weapons, adult content featuring minors, or exploitative imagery.
• Logos, trademarks, or photography you do not have rights to use.

2. Platform compliance

All deliverables must comply with the content rules of the platforms on which they will appear (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We may refuse briefs that would result in account bans or Stripe violations.

3. Security & misuse

Do not attempt to access other clients’ files, probe our infrastructure, or share credentials. We log access and may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.

4. Enforcement

NDY Imaging may reject any brief at our discretion and will refund unused fees where required. Repeat or egregious violations can lead to permanent account termination.
