Fulfillment Overview

Here is how NDY Imaging structures each creative sprint from intake to delivery.

Effective: 22 November 2025

1. Intake

Once payment clears through Stripe you receive an onboarding form requesting brand colors, fonts, logos, mood boards, and upcoming campaign dates. We confirm the creative sprint within 2 business days.

2. Production timeline

Standard retainers deliver a batch of visuals every 10 business days. Rush work can be discussed in writing. You will receive preview boards plus export-ready files sized for the platforms you selected.

3. Revisions

Each batch includes two rounds of refinements submitted within five business days of delivery. Additional rounds may be billed at our hourly enhancement rate unless included in your plan.

4. Delivery method

Final files are shared via secure cloud folders (Figma, Notion, or direct download). Layered files and templates remain available for 60 days unless you request archival storage.

5. Communication

You receive a dedicated Slack channel or email thread. Response windows are Monday–Thursday 10:00–17:00 CET. Any delays caused by missing assets will extend the delivery timeline.
