Refund Policy
Because NDY Imaging delivers time-based creative services, refunds are limited to the scenarios below.
Effective: 22 November 2025
1. Scope
This policy covers retainers and one-off projects purchased directly from NDY Imaging through Stripe. It applies to digital creative services only—we do not ship physical goods.
2. Requesting a refund
Email billing@ndy-imaging.com within 14 days of purchase with your invoice number, the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation. We acknowledge requests within two business days.
3. Eligibility
- The project or monthly sprint has not yet entered production.
- No deliverables or source files have been shared.
- You have not breached the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The request is made within the statutory withdrawal window (where applicable).
4. Partial refunds & credits
If work has begun, we may approve a partial refund or issue a studio credit reflecting the remaining unused hours. Credits expire 6 months after issuance.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account while we contest the claim with Stripe.
